Nonmember swords?

Haaai Jammehs!!!  Today one of meh friends (not naming names) told meh that she is buddies with someone who has a nonmember sword! It's called a Pirate Sword, according to her. Also it comes in different colors. Hmmmm it's not like member wings that nonmembers can wear.... is this mysterious sword from beta times?

It clearly shows she's a nonmember too.
